Today is the day, Thom! I "heard" you affirming habits are hard to break. How about, "I focus on all the good in my life and the good in others"? Just a thought! ;-)

Tricia....WELL said! Got me thinking! It's the 21 days of thinking that way that is always the challenge. Habits are hard to break, right?

I still have not started the Gratitude Journal. But I need it more for a Journal in general...It's like therapy and a way to "talk" about the day and what happened.
You just gave me another "nudge" to get is started. Why not today?

The success I accomplished this year was starting my feng shui blog (which I recall was a commitment I made on Fb from a post you did). It is a work in progress that I will fine tune in 2012. My blog page is:

Three strategies that I already use are:
Avoid Overthinking and Social Comparison
Practice Acts of Kindness - this is the most rewarding thing, especially when you do it for no particular reason
Learn to forgive - I think forgiveness has three parts - forgiving the person, them accepting the forgiveness, and forgiving yourself - the latter is the most difficult
The three stategies that I will concentrate on in 2011 are:
express gratitude - I know I don't do this enough
Increase flow experiences - I am just starting to get a handle on what this really means
Take care of my body - I won't do anybody any good if I am not healthy enough to help
Wishing everyone a happy and prosperous New Year.
