Because striving for what you desire in the new year will help give your life more purpose and meaning. Start by asking yourself these four questions.

- What do I want to HAVE?
- How do I want to FEEL?
Take the time to reflect on your answers, especially how you want to feel. That one question can inform all the others.
Talk to those you trust about what’s most important to you and ask them what they want for the new year. Consider writing in a journal and creating a vision board to increase your clarity, confidence and courage. Setting your intentions through this simple exercise is the first step to turn those resolutions to reality.
