Mindfulness is good for business!
When we’re fully present, we capitalize on opportunities, solve problems easier and develop more meaningful relationships.
Here are three simple ways to be more mindful.
- Set aside time each day for meditation, deep breathing or quiet reflection.
- When someone is talking to you, hold your hand at your side as if holding a pen so you will pay attention like you are about to take notes.
- Take control of your technology by developing a healthy relationship with your digital devices. Charge your phone overnight outside your bedroom, choose times during the day to purposely be away from your phone (start with when you go for a walk), and limit distracting alarms and notifications.
